  2. Fill in the claim form, get it attested, and submit it with the bond, an NID copy and a cheque leaf copy at a Bangladesh Bank office, or at a bank, post office or savings bureau that sells prize bonds.
  3. Claim within 2 years of the draw date. 20% tax is deducted from the prize at source.
